Tuning and Light Cleaning – $150
Approximately 2 hours or longer if the piano hasn’t been tuned in a while. Involves tuning the instrument, vacuuming it out, and polishing of the case parts

Pitch Raise – Additional $25
If your piano hasn’t been tuned in quite a while, multiple tunings are required. We call this a “pitch raise”, meaning that we focus first on adding tension to the strings, then fine-tuning them a second or third time. This incurs an extra cost due to the extra time needed to complete the tuning.

Repair Inspection – $25
Approximately 30 minutes. A short inspection of any issues that you have with the instrument. Once the inspection is complete, the next steps can be discussed. Minor issues, such as a sticky key, may still be addressed during a visit, but this inspection is mainly intended for larger concerns or problems that may require follow-up work.

Repair – Pricing Varies by Labor and Parts
This stuff can really vary depending on how severe the issue is. We can discuss all options. We buy our parts from a wholesaler in order to keep prices as low as possible.
